It's a unique opportunity for an innovative human resources leader. Our new HR Director will focus on programs that develop the organization's processes, resources and staff. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience as a driver of change initiatives, business partnering, building a state-of-the-art human resources function and providing high levels of HR services. You'll need 7 to 10 years experience in HR leadership with a clear business focus within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
