BEGIN BY DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE INFINITE CONTROL APP TO YOUR PHONE OR TABLET.
- Find the Infinite Control app in one of the locations below, depending on your device.
- If you don’t have an account with the Apple or Google Play stores, you must create one before you can download the app.

- Apple App Store for iOS devices such as an iPhone or iPad
- Google Play Store for Android devices such as Samsung Galaxy s8 and Google Pixel
- Install the app. When the app is installed, open it and press Register Product to register your lighting fixture and pair it with your in-home WiFi network.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO ADD AND SYNC THE FIRST LIGHTING FIXTURE TO THE INFINITE CONTROL APP.
- Locate the SSID number* on the product tag that came with the fixture.
- Enter the SSID number (8 Digit code located underneath the bar code).
- Press Continue or enter on your keypad.
- Press Yes if the correct product displays on the screen.
- Enter your home WiFi network information.
- Press Continue.
- Press Settings and go to WiFi Settings to change your WiFi network to the fixture WiFi (SSID Number).
- Return to the App. Your device will begin to pair with the fixture.
- Wait for first green checkmark to illuminate.
- Press Settings and go to WIFI Settings to change your WIFI network back to your home WIFI network.
- Return to the app.
- Wait for both green checkmarks to illuminate.
- Press Continue.
- Enter a name for your product.
*THE SSID NUMBER FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL FIXTURE IS LOCATED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: SOFT TAG ATTACHED TO FIXTURE; CANOPY LABEL; OUTSIDE OF BOX; TRIM DIAGRAM.
ONCE YOU’VE ADDED YOUR FIRST FIXTURE, FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO ADD AND SYNC ADDITIONAL COMPATIBLE SWAROVSKI LIGHTING FIXTURES.
- Open the Infinite Control app.
- Press on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
- Locate the SSID number on the product tag.
- Press Continue.
- Press Yes if the correct product displays on the screen.
- Enter your home WIFI network information.
- Press Continue.
- Press Settings and go to WIFI Settings to change your WIFI network to the fixture WIFI (SSID Number).
- Return to the app.
- Wait for first green checkmark to illuminate.
- Press Settings and go to WIFI Settings to change your WIFI network back to your home WIFI network.
- Return to the app.
- Wait for both green checkmarks to illuminate.
- Press Continue.
- Enter a name for your product.
IF YOUR PRODUCT HAS BEEN PROVISIONED TO AN ACCOUNT, YOU MUST ALSO REMOVE THE FIXTURE FROM THE APP.
- Select View All Fixtures under My Lighting Menu.
- Select the gear symbol by the fixture you would like to remove.
- Select Remove Fixture.
IN ADDITION TO THE PRE-SET AURAS THAT ARE PROGRAMMED ON THE FIXTURE, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM AURA BY CHOOSING THE BRIGHTNESS OF THE EFFECT LIGHT AND THE RING LIGHT.
- Make sure you are on the fixture screen.
- Move the Effect Light and Ring Light sliders to your preferred brightness.
- The Create Aura button on the bottom of the screen will illuminate.
- Press Create Aura.
- Enter a name for your Custom Aura.
- OPTIONAL: You may also add an image for your Custom Aura. Press on the image at the top of the screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Press Continue.
ON THE APPLICABLE FIXTURE SCREEN PRESS AND HOLD THE CUSTOM AURA THAT YOU WISH TO DELETE.
- A screen will appear: Are you sure you want to delete this Custom Aura?
- Press Yes.
YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO HIDE/UNHIDE THE PRE-SET EFFECTS THAT COME STANDARD WITH THE LIGHTING FIXTURE.
- With the Infinite Control app open, press on the Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Press the toggle button next to Show Effects to hide or unhide Effects.
YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE LIGHTING FIXTURE AT ANY TIME.
- Press on the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
- Press View All Fixtures under the My Lighting section.
- Press on the Settings icon on the top left of the product you wish to rename.
- Change the name as desired.
- Press Update Name.
YOU MAY GROUP TOGETHER TWO OR MORE FIXTURES FOR EASE OF CONTROLLING THE FIXTURES.
- Open the Infinite Control app.
- Press on the Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Press Add New Groups.
- Select the fixtures you wish to include in your Group.
- Enter a custom name for your Group.
- Press Create Group.
- Press Continue.
- Press Menu to see your groups under the My Groups section.
- Open the Infinite Control app.
- Press on the Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Press View All Groups under the My Groups section.
- Press on the X button on the top right of the group you wish to delete.
- A screen will appear: Are you sure you want to remove this fixture group?
- Press Yes.
MULTIPLE USERS MAY CONTROL THE LIGHTING FIXTURE(S) SIMPLY BY DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE INFINITE CONTROL APP ON THEIR PREFERRED iOS OR ANDROID DEVICE.
- With the Infinite Control app open, press on the Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Press Invite User.
- Enter the email address of the User you wish to invite to control your fixture(s).
- Press Continue.
- The designated User will receive an email with access instructions and an Invite Code.
- The invited User must download and install the Infinite Control app on their device from the Apple App or Google Play store and create an account.
- At the first screen, press I Have An Invite Code.
- Enter the Invite Code found in the email the User received from Infinite Control.
- Press Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to access the lighting fixture controls.
- With the Infinite Control app open, press on the Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Press Account Settings.
- Change information as desired.
- Press on the Menu on the top left of the screen to view your updated information.
- With the Infinite Control app open, press on the Menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Press Account Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the new password.
- Enter the new password again to confirm.
- Press Update Password.
IF YOUR FIXTURE IS NOT TRANSMITTING AN SSID SIGNAL, BECOMES UNRESPONSIVE TO THE INFINITE CONTROL APP, OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE IT FROM YOUR INFINITE CONTROL ACCOUNT, A HARD RESET IS REQUIRED.
- Ensure that the fixture power is on.
- Locate the reset access port on the top of the Infinite Aura product.
- Insert the reset tool (provided) into the port and press the internal reset button once.
- Disconnect the power to the fixture to complete the reset process.
